Internal steel screens in Lancashire
Every internal steel screen we fit in Lancashire starts with a free survey at the property, whether that is in Blackpool, Preston or a village nearby.
Fitting internal steel screens in Lancashire
Lancashire stone terraces tend to have narrow plans, so a glazed steel screen is a practical way to share light between front and back rooms.
Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish. We coordinate with your builder, kitchen fitter or decorator so the opening is ready and nothing is measured twice.
We cover Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool and Clitheroe, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Lever handles, pull handles and locks in black, brass or stainless
- Pane layouts drawn to suit ceiling height and room proportions
- Fixed panes, single door, double doors, sliding or pivot leaf
- Slim steel glazing bars, typically 25–40mm sightlines depending on system
An internal steel screen is a glazed partition made from slim steel sections, usually with a grid of glass panes and an optional door. Read the full guide to internal steel screens.

Internal steel screens in Lancashire: questions
What glass do you use?
Toughened safety glass is standard. Laminated glass is available for extra acoustic performance or where a pane must hold together if broken, and reeded or frosted panes add privacy.
Is the screen genuine steel?
Yes. Our steel screens are fabricated from steel sections and powder coated. If budget is tight we also offer a steel-look aluminium screen, and we always say clearly which one you are being quoted for.
Are prices higher in Lancashire?
Our guide prices are the same nationally. The fixed price for your job depends on its size and specification, plus any site factors such as access or parking, which we note at survey.
