Steel shower screens in Lancashire
Homeowners and builders in Lancashire use us for steel shower screens that are drawn to their exact opening, from compact screens in Preston to full-width runs in Lancaster.
Fitting steel shower screens in Lancashire
Lancashire stone terraces tend to have narrow plans, so a glazed steel screen is a practical way to share light between front and back rooms.
Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish. Lead times are confirmed in writing when you sign off the drawings, so you can plan the rest of your project around them.
We cover Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool and Clitheroe, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 3–5 weeks from final tiling measure, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Fixed walk-in panels, return panels and hinged doors
- Optional easy-clean glass coating
- Made to the tiled opening after tiling is complete
- Ceiling or wall stabiliser bars where needed
A steel shower screen is a toughened glass panel set in a slim steel frame with glazing bars, used to enclose a walk-in shower or wet room. Read the full guide to steel shower screens.

Steel shower screens in Lancashire: questions
Will a steel frame rust in a shower?
The frames are coated for wet areas and sealed, and with normal cleaning they stay sound. We avoid abrasive cleaners and explain the care routine at handover.
How much does a steel shower screen cost?
A single steel-framed walk-in panel usually costs £1,400 to £3,200 fitted, including VAT. Hinged doors, return panels and very tall screens add to the price.
