Prices on this website
Prices shown on this website and in the guide-price tool are guide ranges for typical jobs, including VAT and fitting. They are not quotes or offers. Your fixed price is set out in a written quote after a survey, and only that quote forms the basis of a contract.
Quotes, deposits and cancellation
Made-to-measure work is normally ordered with a deposit once drawings are signed off, with the balance due on completion, as set out in your quote. If you are a consumer and you agree a contract away from our premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work or manufacture within that period, you may have to pay for work already done or goods made to your specification. Your statutory rights are not affected.
