Who we are
The data controller for this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company no. 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Enquiries for products and installation are handled by S&K Glazing Limited (company no. 14088194), part of the same group, which uses your details to survey and quote for your project. What we collect
When you send a form, use the guide-price tool or chat with us: your name, phone number, email, postcode, the product you are interested in, any details you give us about your project, and the page you sent it from. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data about how pages are used.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract), to carry out work you order (contract), and, with your consent, to understand how the website is used (consent). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), tawk.to (live chat), Netlify (website hosting) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. Where your project goes ahead, your details are shared with the installer allocated to your job. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for six years after the work for legal, warranty and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only load if you choose Accept in the cookie banner; until then, analytics storage is denied. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Live chat uses its own cookies to keep a conversation open. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
