Fitting steel pivot doors in Dundee and Angus
Dundee's tenement flats and Broughty Ferry villas often have long hallways that benefit from glazed internal screens.
Safety glass is standard in every internal pane, and we check whether fire-rated glazing is needed before anything is ordered. Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish.
We cover Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Arbroath and Forfar, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 5–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Offset floor and head pivot with smooth, controlled swing
- Fixed side panels to complete a full screen
- Tall and wide single leaves beyond standard hinged sizes
- Optional soft-close and hold-open pivot mechanisms
A steel pivot door is a glazed steel door that rotates on a pivot set into the floor and head of the frame, rather than on side hinges. Read the full guide to steel pivot doors.
