Fitting steel-look aluminium screens in West Midlands
The West Midlands is home ground for our trading company in Great Barr, Birmingham, and we survey across the region's Victorian terraces, interwar semis and new builds.
Safety glass is standard in every internal pane, and we check whether fire-rated glazing is needed before anything is ordered. Lead times are confirmed in writing when you sign off the drawings, so you can plan the rest of your project around them.
We cover Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Wolverhampton, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 3–4 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Toughened safety glass, clear or reeded
- Aluminium profiles styled as slim steel glazing bars
- Lighter weight, simpler fixings
- Material named clearly on every quote
A steel-look aluminium screen is a glazed internal partition made from aluminium profiles designed to imitate the slim black grid of a steel screen. Read the full guide to steel-look aluminium screens.

Steel-look aluminium screens in West Midlands: questions
How much cheaper is aluminium than steel?
A steel-look aluminium screen often costs roughly 40 to 50 percent less than the same screen in genuine steel. We can quote both for your opening.
Will you say which material I am buying?
Always. Every quote names the material, the system and the glass.
Are prices higher in West Midlands?
Our guide prices are the same nationally. The fixed price for your job depends on its size and specification, plus any site factors such as access or parking, which we note at survey.
