Fitting internal steel French doors in Cardiff and the Vale
Cardiff and Penarth have many bay-fronted Victorian terraces with rear extensions, which suit kitchen screens and internal French doors.
Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish. Lead times are confirmed in writing when you sign off the drawings, so you can plan the rest of your project around them.
We cover Cardiff, Penarth, Barry and Cowbridge, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.

Internal steel French doors in Cardiff and the Vale: questions
Do internal steel doors need a threshold?
No. Inside the house we leave a small gap under the doors so the flooring runs straight through without a step.
Can the doors be locked?
Yes. We can fit a sashlock with a key or a privacy turn, and a flush bolt on the secondary leaf keeps the pair secure.
