Internal steel French doors in Gloucestershire
From Gloucester to Cirencester, we supply and fit internal steel French doors across Gloucestershire, each one fabricated to the measurements taken at your survey.
Fitting internal steel French doors in Gloucestershire
Gloucestershire mixes Regency Cheltenham with Cotswold stone cottages, and slim steel works well against both render and stone.
Safety glass is standard in every internal pane, and we check whether fire-rated glazing is needed before anything is ordered. You get one fixed written price after survey, with the material, glass and finish named on the quote.
We cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud and Cirencester, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Any RAL colour in a textured or smooth powder coat
- Glazed top light option for tall or arched openings
- Pair of glazed steel doors, with or without side panels
- Butt or concealed hinges, flush bolt on secondary leaf
Internal steel French doors are a pair of glazed steel doors that meet in the middle, hung in an opening between two rooms. Read the full guide to internal steel French doors.
Send us a few details and photos of the opening, and we will arrange a free survey.
Internal steel French doors in Gloucestershire: questions
Do internal steel doors need a threshold?
No. Inside the house we leave a small gap under the doors so the flooring runs straight through without a step.
Can the doors be locked?
Yes. We can fit a sashlock with a key or a privacy turn, and a flush bolt on the secondary leaf keeps the pair secure.
How soon can you survey in Gloucestershire?
