Fitting steel room dividers in West Yorkshire
West Yorkshire's stone-built Victorian terraces and through-houses benefit from internal screens that move light through deep, narrow rooms.
Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish. You get one fixed written price after survey, with the material, glass and finish named on the quote.
We cover Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Ilkley, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Toughened or laminated safety glass, clear or reeded
- Optional hinged, sliding or pivot door within the divider
- Fixings into floor and ceiling structure where there is no wall
- Any RAL powder-coat colour, textured black as standard
A steel room divider is a floor-to-ceiling glazed steel partition used to zone an open-plan space, such as separating a sleeping area in a loft or a study corner in a living room. Read the full guide to steel room dividers.

Steel room dividers in West Yorkshire: questions
Can the divider be moved later?
Dividers are fixed to the floor and ceiling, so they are permanent fixtures. They can be taken down by a fitter, but they are not designed as movable partitions.
Can a room divider go under a sloping ceiling?
Yes. We measure the pitch on survey and draw the top of the frame to follow it, so the divider fits a loft or attic room without gaps.
Do you cover Leeds and Bradford?
Yes. We survey and fit steel room dividers in Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and across West Yorkshire. Book a free survey and we will confirm a date.
