Steel-look aluminium screens in Highlands
Looking for steel-look aluminium screens in Highlands? We survey, draw, fabricate and fit them for homes in Inverness, Fort William and across the rest of Highlands.
Fitting steel-look aluminium screens in Highlands
Highland projects are surveyed and scheduled individually; coverage and dates are confirmed at enquiry.
Safety glass is standard in every internal pane, and we check whether fire-rated glazing is needed before anything is ordered. Because each frame is drawn from your measurements, the steel-look aluminium screen fits the opening you have, not a stock size.
We cover Inverness, Fort William, Nairn and Aviemore, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 3–4 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Powder-coated black or RAL colours
- Toughened safety glass, clear or reeded
- Lighter weight, simpler fixings
- Shorter lead times on standard layouts
A steel-look aluminium screen is a glazed internal partition made from aluminium profiles designed to imitate the slim black grid of a steel screen. Read the full guide to steel-look aluminium screens.

Steel-look aluminium screens in Highlands: questions
Is steel-look aluminium as good as real steel?
It gives a similar look for less money. Genuine steel has slimmer bars, a more solid feel and a longer-lasting finish, so it depends what matters most to you.
How much cheaper is aluminium than steel?
A steel-look aluminium screen often costs roughly 40 to 50 percent less than the same screen in genuine steel. We can quote both for your opening.
How soon can you survey in Highlands?
Survey dates in Highlands depend on our current schedule and your project stage. Tell us when your opening will be ready and we will book the survey to suit.
