Kitchen steel screens in Fife
Every kitchen steel screen we fit in Fife starts with a free survey at the property, whether that is in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline or a village nearby.
Fitting kitchen steel screens in Fife
Fife projects range from St Andrews townhouses to coastal homes in the East Neuk, where steel suits both period and modern interiors.
Because each frame is drawn from your measurements, the kitchen steel screen fits the opening you have, not a stock size. You get one fixed written price after survey, with the material, glass and finish named on the quote.
We cover Dunfermline, St Andrews, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.
What we can include
- Optional door or open walkway into the dining space
- Durable powder coat suited to kitchen heat and cleaning
- Toughened or laminated safety glass, clear or reeded
- On a dwarf wall, a half-height upstand or full height
A kitchen steel screen is a glazed steel partition that separates a kitchen from a dining area or snug, either sitting on a low dwarf wall or running floor to ceiling. Read the full guide to kitchen steel screens.
Call, chat or send the form and we will arrange a convenient survey date.
Kitchen steel screens in Fife: questions
Will a screen stop cooking smells spreading?
A screen with a closing door contains most smells and noise. An open-ended screen still helps, but good extraction over the hob does most of the work.
How much does a kitchen steel screen cost?
A steel screen on a dwarf wall usually costs £2,800 to £6,500 fitted, including VAT. Full-height screens and screens with doors sit at the upper end.
Do you cover Dunfermline and St Andrews?
Yes. We survey and fit kitchen steel screens in Dunfermline, St Andrews, Kirkcaldy and across Fife. Book a free survey and we will confirm a date.
