Fitting internal steel screens in Somerset
Somerset includes Bath's Georgian stone terraces, many of them listed, so we pay close attention to consent and sympathetic design.
Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish. You get one fixed written price after survey, with the material, glass and finish named on the quote.
We cover Bath, Taunton, Frome and Wells, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.

Internal steel screens in Somerset: questions
How much does an internal steel screen cost?
A typical 2.4m-wide screen with a single door is usually between £3,800 and £7,500 fitted, including VAT. Size, the number of doors, glass type and access are what move the price; we confirm a fixed figure after a free survey.
Can you fit a screen into an existing doorway?
Yes. A screen can fill an existing opening, widen a doorway or replace a whole stud wall. If the wall is load-bearing, a structural engineer specifies a beam first and the screen is measured once the opening is plastered.
How soon can you survey in Somerset?
