Fitting external steel doors in East Sussex
Regency and Victorian townhouses along the East Sussex coast tend to be tall and narrow, so staircase screens and glazed internal doors make a real difference to light.
You get one fixed written price after survey, with the material, glass and finish named on the quote. Our team handles survey, drawings, fabrication and fitting, so you deal with one contact from start to finish.
We cover Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne and Lewes, plus the villages and towns between them. Lead time is 5–7 weeks from signed-off drawings, and we confirm dates in writing when you sign off the drawings.

External steel doors in East Sussex: questions
How much do external steel French doors cost?
A pair of external steel French doors with side lights usually costs £5,500 to £11,000 fitted, including VAT. Wider screens and extra fixed panels cost more.
Are external steel doors secure?
Yes. We fit multipoint locking and secure hinges, and steel frames are inherently strong. Ask us about doors tested to recognised security standards if that matters for your insurance.
Are prices higher in East Sussex?
Our guide prices are the same nationally. The fixed price for your job depends on its size and specification, plus any site factors such as access or parking, which we note at survey.
